I was contacted last week by a lovely lady called Emma to see if I was interested in reviewing her latest edition of the positive wellbeing zine for mums book.
I'm not going lie and say I didn't have doubts about saying yes, not because I'm not interested but purely because I hate reading, I've never liked it. Not in school, not in college, not at home (I used to even hate reading children's books at bed time) so I didn't want to say yes and find myself just dumping the book from corner to corner of the room.
Something about the tile drew me to saying yes(had no idea what the book was about) that same night I was scrolling through my insta as you do and I couldn't believe how much negative was on it! So I was even more excited about reviewing it. I'm not really a negative person but when it comes to motherhood even I doubt myself/put negative thoughts in my head at times.
Delivery man came with my book I opened it up and only read the content page(as Ariana was using me as a climbing frame) I was already drawn to it as there was so many topics that I'm going through right now myself like sleep training & mental health, recipe, mummy wins & so much more as well as my favorite quote"#mumlife" if you follow my story on Instagram you'll know that I use #mumlife for EVERYTHING!
The book is full of so much useful information and top tips on so many popular topics that most people struggle with or going through themselves. As well as a guide for gifts (so if you have a celebration coming up and stuck on a gift you need this book!) It's also not too long so you won't get bored of it half way through.
I would definitely recommend getting positive wellbeing I have learnt so much about things I didn't even know about. Its also helped open my eyes to look at things differently from now on as a mum and as a person in general.
Thank you for reading Rusne xx
